Video: How Does the Disc Look?
These 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen transfers aren't sensational, but they're nice presentations all the same. Color accuracy is pretty strong - flesh tones waver in quality here and there, but not by much - and black levels are consistent and inky. Detail is also well-preserved: The show has a bright, punchy presence that suits it well. There are a few technical hiccups to mention - aliasing is an issue, as is the occasional example of compression artifacting - but for the most part, these are fine transfers.
Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
No complaints here - the Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks here capture the show quite well. Dialogue, unsurprisingly, is front and center, and music plays into the mixes nicely - it doesn't bully out other elements of the tracks as is the case on some sets like this. Not too shabby.
English SDH subtitles are included.
