Video: How Do the Discs Look?
Technically, this set is shaky. These presentations capture their source material ably, but there's no major finesse here - even for standard-def. Detail quality is smeared and unimpressive, color accuracy is slapshot, and black levels are never as consistent as they should be. Compression artifacting and banding are also major offenders. It's never enough to detract from the fun of these mysteries, but those expecting lovely video presentations from this set should lower their expectations before watching.

Audio: How Do the Discs Sound?
The Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks here play a bit better, but they're still not astounding. Dialogue sounds fine, music comes across solidly, but there hasn't been a lot of TLC applied on this set. These lossy presentations get the job done, but they're not exceptional.
English SDH subtitles are included.
