Video: How Do the Discs Look?
Archer has a lean, sleek look to it, and this set of anamorphic widescreen transfers serves the show expertly. Color accuracy is sensational, capturing vivid hues and more delicate tones with definition and clarity, and black levels are inky throughout. There are a slight few examples of aliasing to mention, but it's never enough to fully distract from these marvelous presentations.
Audio: How Do the Discs Sound?
These aren't wildly adventurous mixes, but as Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks, they get the job done quite well. Dialogue is always audible and crisp, and the presentation of effects and atmospherics is absolutely pristine throughout. Surrounds are exploited exceptionally often, but when they do, the effect is strong and immersive.
English SDH, French, and Spanish subtitles are included.
