Video: How Do the Discs Look?

These Yancy Derringer episodes sometimes look nice, but for the most part, the presentations on this Complete Series set are undernourished (at best). Contrast is handled well, and black levels are relatively reliable, but detail quality wavers from sequence to sequence, and the quality of transfer prints varies, as well. More could be done here.

Audio: How Do the Discs Sound?

The Dolby Digital 1.0 mixes also cover the show, but don't do it any favors. Tinniness is everywhere in this regard, and crackle is no better. A show like Yancy Derringer may not ever sound amazing on a compilation like this one, but it sure could sound better than this.
