Video: How Do the Discs Look?
These are capable anamorphic widescreen transfers, but by no means are they fully-formed. Old footage has really been cleaned up so there is a consistent visual quality throughout the show. Colors are rich and well-defined. There are a number of examples of compression artifacting, though - it's not enough to mar the entire feel of the series, but you can't exactly get around them, either.

Audio: How Do the Discs Sound?
This set comes with a collection of Dolby Digital 2.0 sound mixes. And unlike the hit-and-miss sensibility of the show's video counterpart, these tracks are well-balanced and crisp throughout. Dialogue is strong, music comes through nicely - they're not exceptionally adventurous mixes, but they're represented on this DVD set appropriately, nonetheless.
