Video: How Do the Discs Look?
Don't get your hopes up - this material looks bad, but without a complete ground-floor restoration, it's unlikely to look much better. These 1.33:1 transfers are syndication-grade at best: they showcase serious smear, inconsistent black levels, and color accuracy that is absolutely all over the place. These hiccups don't ruin the fun, though - even though The Television Stuff looks like it was filmed through a burlap sack, it's still a blast.

Audio: How Do the Discs Sound?
Exactly as you'd imagine. The Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks on these DVDs sound authentic and true to form - sure, dialogue sounds tinny and dynamic range is anemic at best, but that's the way these programs were originally designed. These tracks won't blow your mind or anything, but they house Martin's TV material accurately.
