Video: How Does the Disc Look?
Geeks will be talking about this one for a while. White Zombie's 'official' 1.33:1 1080p transfer is only so-so, with DNR and enhancements often gumming up the movie's feel. However, included on this disc as a bonus is a 'Raw' version of the movie that has been presented without influence from excessive video jimmying, and the results are lovely. Yeah, the movie is riddled with dirt and grime and contrast and detail quality aren't great, but it's clearly the way to enjoy the film in high-def.

Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
An LPCM mono mix is included - on both the official and 'Raw' versions of the movie - and it's fine. This lossless presentation captures White Zombie just as it originally came to theaters: dialogue sounds fine, the movie's music has a firm feel to it. Hiss and crackle abound, of course, but that's due to the quality of the film's production values and not any fault of this track.
