Video: How Does the Disc Look?
Having been shot digitally, Compliance has a clean and sleek presence on this 2.40:1 1080p transfer. The movie is purposely gritty, so the movie doesn't exactly look beautiful here, but it sure as hell appears as it should. Aliasing and banding definitely pop up here and there, but color accuracy seems spot-on, detail quality is sharp and well-defined, and black levels are steady throughout. All in all, this is a noble, fairly accomplished presentation.

Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
Equal in steadiness to its video discmate, the DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix on this Blu-ray Disc works quite well. Dialogue is audible and crisp from start to finish, atmospherics are effectively utilized, and while surrounds don't ever completely roar to life, they kick in now and then to nice effect. This track sports a boomy, evocative musical score, as well, that truly adds to its experience.
English SDH and Spanish subtitles are included.
