Video: How Do the Discs Look?

These 1.78:1 1080p transfers are quite nice. The internet clips Tosh shows all look like garbage, but what do you expect? All in-studio material looks great, with our host's intros coming across with sharp, well-balanced color accuracy and detail quality, and there are very few examples of compression artifacting to mention. I doubt the show could look a helluva lot better.

Audio: How Do the Discs Sound?

The Dolby TrueHD 5.1 tracks included here are also uncomplicated, but totally true to the show's spirit. Tosh's rants have been captured nicely - he's always audible - and while surround channels don't get heavily utilized, some laughs and the occasional effect swing back there, and when they do, they work well. All in all, a fine set of presentations.

English Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks are included, as are English subtitles.
