Video: How Does the Disc Look?
The 1.78:1 1080p transfer on this Blu-ray Disc is pretty darned impressive. Filmed digitally, Oklahoma! has a great visual feel to it in high-def, with sharp detail quality, color accuracy that is true to both delicate flesh tones and deeper hues, and black levels that stay consistent throughout. Compression artifacting is only an issue every now and again, and aliasing isn't much of a problem, either. For a filmed theatre performance, this disc looks just fine.

Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
We don't get a surround option here, but the DTS-HD 2.0 Master Audio sound mix included on Oklahoma!'s BD debut is nevertheless solid. The show's music - especially its singing performances - have wonderful panache to them, and high- and low-ends are represented authentically. Not bad at all.
English SDH subtitles are included.
