Video: How Does the Disc Look?
This 3D 2.40:1 1080p presentation is without question savvier and more accomplished than it has any right to be. Step Up: Revolution really exploits its 3D presence wonderfully here, and the establishment of space is involving and excellently immersive. And detail quality is off the charts, with textures coming across with punch and vivid clarity. Color accuracy is also well-balanced, and black levels are sturdy throughout. It may be empty entertainment, but Step Up: Revolution nevertheless looks like a million bucks.

Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
And the movie sounds even better. This DTS-HD 7.1 Master Audio sound mix is absolutely stunning, throwing as many bells and whistles into the movie's soundscape as humanly possible. Dialogue is always audible, but who cares? Music is the MVP on this lossless presentation, and it sounds superb. Surrounds are given near-continuous workouts, fidelity is dynamic, and atmospherics bustle to life engagingly. Turn up the volume and let the braindead dance-off melodrama begin.
English Dolby Digital 2.0 and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1 mixes are included, as are English SDH and Spanish subtitles.
