Video: How Does the Disc Look?
Again, The Bourne Legacy has the sheen of a blockbuster to it, and this 2.40:1 1080p transfer fits right into that ideal. There are maybe a couple instances of artifacting and banding that need mention, but these examples are the exception, not the rule - as a whole, the movie looks marvelous here. Detail is wondrously sharp, black levels start off inky and stay that way throughout, and the movie's color palette has been replicated excellently here, lending both deep hues and flesh tones a well-balanced firmness.

Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
The movie's DTS-HD 7.1 Master Audio sound mix is even better. Sure, you can hear every piece of dialogue easily, but the fun here is in the movie's boomy, panoramic action sequences, and they deliver across the board. High- and low-ends come across cleanly, the film's beep-and-click musical score has a staccato immediacy to it, and fidelity is widespread and dynamic throughout. Surrounds also get a helluva workout. One of the better tracks of the year - a treat on all levels.
English, French, and Spanish DTS 5.1, English Dolby Digital 2.0, and English DVS Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks are included, as are English SDH, French, and Spanish subtitles.
