Video: How Does the Disc Look?
The one thing General Education has in its favor is that it looks sensational on this disc. The 2.35:1 1080p transfer afforded the movie is clean as a whistle, offering sturdy black levels, wonderfully sharp detail quality and color accuracy that feels authentic and lived-in from start to finish. There are a few instances of compression artifacting and aliasing that need to be mentioned, but for the most part, this is a killer video presentation.

Audio: How Does the Disc Sound?
The DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix here is also pretty solid. Dialogue is audible throughout, and the movie has a surprisingly strong music score that is showcased cleanly and involvingly. Fidelity is dynamic, surrounds get a nice workout, and high- and low-ends are both preserved accurately. It's not the most aggressive track in the world, but there's little doubt that General Education could sound too much better than this.
English subtitles are included.
