22 May will bring the Blu-ray release of The First Beautiful Thing from Palisades Tartan. This Oscar-nominated Italian picture will arrive with a 1080p transfer and a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix. SRP is $29.98.

The Oscar-nominated Chico and Rita is headed to Blu-ray from New Video on 18 September. From acclaimed director Fernando Trueba, the film will arrive with a 1080p transfer, though audio specs and bonuses (if any) are unconfirmed. SRP is also TBD.
