Secret Sunshine is hitting Criterion Blu-ray on 23 August. This Lee Chang-dong South Korean melodrama will arrive with a 1080p transfer, a DTS-HD Master Audio sound mix, some featurettes and a set of trailers. SRP is $39.95.

Eclipse Series 28: The Warped World of Koreyoshi Kurahara will be released on Criterion DVD on 23 August, as well. This zany set of films - Intimidation (1960), The Warped Ones (1960), I Hate But Love (1962), Black Sun (1964), and Thirst for Love (1967) - will arrive with anamorphic widescreen transfers and mono sound mixes.
