Lionsgate will release Battle For Terra on Blu-ray Disc on 22 September. This CGI flick will arrive with a 1080p transfer, a commentary with director Aristomenis Tsirbas, some deleted scenes, a set of storyboards and a featurette. Audio specs are still TBD. SRP is $29.99.

We're not exactly sure what this new rumor entails, but we've heard rumblings that Genius Products/The Weinstein Company are prepping a new Blu-ray Disc release of Grindhouse for 11 August. The critically-beloved films that were all but ignored by mainstream audiences have yet to receive complete releases (on DVD or BD), but it's still unclear whether this is a repackaging of earlier, truncated releases or a new, more comprehensive set.
