Final specs have been announced for Warner's 8 December Blu-ray Disc release of Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince. This latest installment of the hit franchise will arrive with a 1080p transfer, a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 sound mix, a Maximum Movie Mode feature with director David Yates, producers David Heyman and David Barron, and Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson and Tom Felton, some deleted scenes, stills galleries, and a set of featurettes. Sony will release Moon on Blu-ray Disc on 29 December. This critically-adored space thriller starring Sam Rockwell will arrive with a 1080p transfer and a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix, as well as a slate of bonuses that is still TBD. SRP is $37.95.

26 January will bring the Warner Blu-ray Disc release of Fame. This original Alan Parker-directed dance drama will arrive with a 1080p transfer, a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 sound mix, an interactive commentary with director Alan Parker and members of the film's cast, a set of featurettes, the film's trailer, and a CD sampler.
