We have early word that Genius Products is prepping a 10 November DVD release of Sesame Street: 40 Years of Sunny Days. We know it'll be a five-hour set and will arrive with 1.33:1 transfers and stereo sound mixes, but full specs and box art are still TBD. SRP is also TBD.

Universal will release Waterworld on Blu-ray Disc on 20 October. This Kevin Costner actioner will arrive with a 1080p transfer and a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix, as well as a trailer and BD-Live capability. SRP is TBD.

We have more specs for Universal's 13 October Blu-ray Disc release of Land of the Lost. This Will Ferrell flick will arrive with a 1080p transfer, a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix, a commentary with director Brad Silberling, some featurettes, deleted scenes and a few BD-exclusives: Some more featurettes, including one with Silberling commentary. SRP is $39.98.

10 November will bring the DVD release of Hogan's Heroes: Kommandant's Kollection: The Komplete Series. This 28-disc collection featuring all episodes of the beloved series will arrive with 1.33:1 transfers and mono sound mixes, as well as a bonus disc loaded with features (that are still to be determined. Anchor Bay will release Nature of the Beast on DVD on 8 September. This comedy starring Eric Mabius and Eddie Kaye Thomas will arrive with a 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer, and a stereo sound mix. No bonuses will be included. SRP is $19.97.
