MGM has announced a 2 June Blu-ray Disc debut for Navy Seals. This Charlie Sheen actioner will arrive with a 1080p transfer and a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix, though bonus specs have yet to be confirmed. SRP is $24.99.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  
 
Fox has also announced a 14 July Blu-ray Disc release of The Towering Inferno. This hard-to-miss disaster flick will arrive with a 1080p transfer and a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix, but we haven't received word on bonuses as yet. We'll keep you updated. 2 June will bring the Blu-ray Disc release of Road House from MGM. This 80s-classic Patrick Swayze roughhousing flick will arrive with a 1080p transfer and a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound mix, but - like these other early-word MGM titles - we haven't heard word on any bonuses. Lionsgate will release Razortooth on DVD on 2 June. This big-ass-snake movie starring Kathleen LaGue will arrive with an anamorphic widescreen transfer, a Dolby Digital 5.1 sound mix, a featurette and a music video. SRP is $26.98.

We just received formal word that Buena Vista is readying their Blu-ray Disc release of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for 6 October, a full seven weeks before their re-released DVD edition. No bonuses have been confirmed, but the film will be presented in a 1.33:1 1080p transfer and will house a 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio sound mix. Stay tuned for more info. SRP is $39.99.
